Lol I don't think I'm skinny. But, I have a good metabolism cause I'm eating well. I eat everything though lol. Umm work out and all even if i cant do a full workout, I try to do something that day. 10,000 plus steps.. and stay away from crash diets. In terms of exercise.. -Cardio is a must. Abs are imp. I lift, I got resistance bands and dumbells, etc And WATER! I'm definitely not stick skinny cause I believe that everyone needs enough strength to lift a pencil, but I do sports so yeah. Haha wow I should be some type of a trainer.
