I do Yoga daily when I wake up and before I go to bed. I go swimming either once or twice a week. I have a large breakfast, multivitamin drink with Granola or All-Bran, blueberries, banana, toast and tea. Then later in the day Id walk my dog, roughly a forty-fifty minute walk/jog. Lunches are varied but something like feta cheese, rocket lettuce, red onion, brown bread, chicken and potato salad is what Id usually have on a weekend, tuna aswell if there is no chicken <3 Then dinner would be usually chicken/fish, greens (brocolli, peas...) chips/potatoes, and water. LOTS OF WATER! Then anytime I can I will have Nutella.....but I do not recommend that xD Not very healthy xD But VERY tasty xD
the pictures of your body shape have finally motivated me to do something about it instead of wishing i had a great body so thank you so much for that :-) :-)

ryan matt, i have those pictures of you below on my vision board as dats the body i want. i have been fat all my life and seeing the pictures of you have i hope finally given me the inspiration i needed to start losing my weight so thank you for that sincerely :-)
