What is your current relationship status? (you may choose not to answer the first one) What do you think of when people complain of their relationship problem?
I'm engaged, & hopefully this time around next year, if a similar question comes up, I can say that I'm happily married :3
& I think while complaints are fine, sometimes excessive complains are not. Sure, sometimes some things happen in the relationships and you feel like you need to vent it out to someone. So you either go and find someone trustworthy (a best friend, a parent, a counselor) and share the problem and get some help to solve it. But don't go around parading all your dirty laundry for the whole world to see (i.e. posting it on Twitter, on KRT Fb page, etc), that's not sweet at all. And it's unfair, to you, and to your significant other.
But the most important part is actually talking out the problem with your significant other, and try to work it out personally between the two of you. Communication is key in any strong and long lasting relationship, so you need to learn to talk to each other about any problems you're facing and learn to compromise with each other.
So communication is vital, and as much as possible, try to keep the problems between the two of you. If you really cannot solve it (or if no one is willing to compromise), probably try to get a third party's opinion (relationship counselor, etc). And if possible, try not to involve the parents or in-laws (if you're married) in any problems you're facing, because even though you two might get over it in the future, your family or in-laws might still remember and hold grudges or act differently because of it.
