i'd say the corodust dream lock. though i hope to be able to take the thread (as in the whole RP or at least a major part) to other places, like the Celion or Vartan homeworld, Avalon, a larger ship, or maybe just out exploring or on a mission with Nix, White, Arma and Elai.

Noul: Noul is a Vartan (thanks for helping me with the name Reks! really appreciate it!), and i have a surprising amount of lore on that race and he is quite willing to share. though i have this really weird creeping feeling of taking the look of the vartan's from somewhere... but i can't think of where so if you stumble across something very much like it, then that might be where i unintentionally drew my inspiration. a thing to note about Vartans are that they use their feet/talons as their hands. they grasp their swords with their feet for example and the sit down and eat, moving the food to their mouth suing their feet, often letting their arms hang limp down their sides. another thing is that their leg joints. (where the leg connects to the body and the knee) can move in ANY direction. so yes you will see Noul scratch his head with his feet. another thing is that they have an INCREDIBLE sense of balance.

Marxon: seems to actually have a good backstory, which we haven't heard too much of which is a big shame in my opinion. though he might need small power tweaks from the last i remember of his fighting. (but his pudge might balance that out... or its the best armor around so it just deflects the railgun shots :P) but i'll be damned if he ain't cute and his thing with dragons make me squee and on that note i think he should be a bit with Yol now that she is possibly a bit out of it.
Sankoro: i legitimately felt bad IRL when i had to have Gonzo attack her drone... she is quite a good char though, i would like to see her be a little more a part of the RP. (i know its hard and saying she should be more in the RP doesn't make it easier to be a part of, but if you're reading this then just ask me when you want to be a part of it, i should be able to slot you in in most situations.)
Ehks: man. the backstory to Ehks with the tainted stims are from previous thread shenanigans if i remember correctly which is really REALLY well done fitting that into a sensible backstory. hats off man, hats off. on that note i would like to see how she fights. (if she does)
Eluim: for some reason i have a hard time know what this char has done and what his relations are. its not a bad char i remember that much i just have poor memory. maybe see something from his past too? something that either helps him or bites him in the ass.
Nix: ask her, not me... (trust me there is a LOT you don't know about Nix. none of you know even a fragment of her backstory or how she has her powers or anything)
Arma: his forms are based on TWEWY (The World Ends With You) taboo noise's. (them being: Grunge Wolf (note the front legs and tail), wall of grizzly (note the arms and the standing on hind legs. its should also be mentioned that Arma's bear form's claws are as longs as shortswords.)). wont spoil his last "special" form. his bird form is more of a normal looking bird just with really weird void-black feathers.
Elai: he might be one of the more traumatized chars of mine. not as much as Gonzo, but Elai had a rough time, lets put it that way.
Bayley: ... he needs to have a consistent char... who ever bayley was he sure ain't Bayley no more, not a bad first char but still needs work. i would suggest being 100 (or at least 90)% sure on a char and then stick to that.
Rukii: ... ALL HAIL THE TENTACLE GOOOOOD~! (need i say more? oh yeah... lewd.)
White: the only char im not 100% sure on the armory specifics on. but he has quite a few gadgets up his sleeve. though in interesting fact some might have missed. he is around 60 years old. not the early to late 20 we've seen so far. (or the 200 or how ever much Coro StarRacer and Lihor said they were. they are older of course but White is just an pretty average avali. maybe with a little too much violent experience.)

I could try to write a proper backstory, I have it all planned but I never really wrote it anywhere apart from some hints that Feather mentioned, should I do it?
no need to write a novel, but a written backstory would be nice. and it often helps with continuity having it written down. so go for it i say!
