We don't have it in the report dialog that pops up from the flags, but if you report it on the contact form, there is an option for that: http://support.ask.fm/ics/support/ticketnewwizard.asp?style=classic

You will get more attention with your profile to those kind of users, if you share it to the stream. You can turn off that option in Settings > Privacy.
