Rank exo's popularity in korea, internationally and amongst fans

i think the only ranking that matters is the one in my heart where suho reigns as #1 and has been holding that spot for the majority of time since exo's debut
but really, i know nothing about the popularity of exo members anywhere??? i mean, i've heard that baekhyun and kyungsoo are pretty popular, and recently xiumin, in korea so there's that i guess. and internationally, i always feel like there is no shortage of kai or kris or luhan stans that when you find out someone stans them its like "oh i should've known" lol. like idk if its just me but??
idk im always a bit surprised when i see someone say they're a suho stan because for a while, i feel like not many ppl cared about him or even knew who he as (which i know can happen bc hahahaah i didnt know who he was for some time too lol) so YEAH I KNOW NOTHING EXCEPT SUHO IS #1 IN MY HEART

i mean baeksoo were good too and i liked watching them perform but chennnnnn stole the show. as usual that little fricker and his super distinct voice that makes me weep so hard and just yes miracles in december is so nice. im usually on the fence with ballads BUT I LOVE THIS ONE

before anything i just wanna say how proud i am of exo and how much i love sm for pushing exo into the current music direction they're going in bc i always thought exo would do so well with r&b style and smooth/easy listening songs and theyre all just so talented that they can cover a lot of bases and just yes ok
so this album!!!!!! overall its a very nice album tbh all the songs are so good and show of certain exo members fairly nicely. i like that the cd isnt just the typical christmas type songs you'd expect from a holiday/winter album but that they still have the """"exo feel""" too them and they're all jam worthy wow. i will say tho that im a bit disappointed that this cd is very clearly meant for the main vocal line aka baekchensoo. even tho the other members have decent parts/songs, the stars of this cd are definitely baekchensoo, especially chen. he like legitimately slayed every song he did and i mean, miracles in december is basically chen ft. baeksoo (sry to say even tho i like baeksoo a lot)
to cover the traditional christmas type song front they have the first snow which tbh i love a lot for various reason but most notably bc its the only song suho actually has lines in. its really a shame suho doesnt have more lines bc i always thought he was a very stable singer, he keeps improving and he definitely CAN sing as evident by his increased parts on xoxo + his saving santa ost solo. suho's voice is like PERFECT for christmas type songs so im glad he was in the first snow but sad he wasnt in it more
i think i'm in the minority when i say that the star is probably my least fave on the album lol i wont disagree that the song is good because it is and i loooooooooooooove baek/chen in it but its just not my preferred song style choice i think. also can we just talk about baek's LADIES AND GENTLEMEN and chen's GIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRL
BUT THE REAL SONG I REALLY REALLY REALLY LOVE IS CHRISTMAS DAY. idek how to describe it but uggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh this song gives me so many feels and its just sung so nicely and its just another reason why I Must Punt Kim Jongdae. when they sing "youre just like christmas day" i want to faint and cry and collapse and ugh this song is so nice. it still has that christmas/winter vibe/feeling and it just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside and ugh i hate main vocal line goodbye
then there is my turn to cry!!!!!!! i really like the song a lot but it kindddddaaa lacks in comparison to the other songs for me... it kinda just fades into the bg for me, personally, as much as i love the song itself. i was looking forward to this song a lot and im not disappointed with it but i just CHRISTMAS DAY AND THE FIRST SNOW
and finally the title track, miracles in dec!!!! i had the song on repeat for so long and i think i preferred the chinese ver over the korean ver but they were both equally nice. i will be honest and say tho that the main reason for me liking mid is because of chens voice??? (tbc)

urg ok so as much as i love hp aus and exo, i still feel like some of my choices will not be 10000% accurate bc a lot of the exo members can fit into more than one house!!!! also im basing these heavily on the harry potter wiki pages that have character traits for each house l o l also also these are probably not that creative im sry
xiumin - i usually sort him into gryffindor, half bc of all the fics i've read, he's always in gryffindor LOL and half bc i really do think he'd fit in there. he could easily be a hufflepuff too tho

hmm how to answer this without people thinking i'm a secret fan fan or something
well, i don't really think about kris a lot, honestly? THAT SOUNDS REALLY TSUNDERE BUT SERIOUSLY. i acknowledge kris and recognize him to be in the group but i've never really had """feels"""" for him (aside from that one time he had pretty good airport fashion but even then i appreciated it only bc of the clothes) and i don't really find him that attractive either (according to my own personal preferences) so i don't /really/ spend my time thinking about him/how he might be/etc. etc.
from what i read on twitter, though, (bc i apparently following a lot of kris stans or secret kris stans??? idk) and in passing, he seems like a pretty decent guy from what we've been shown. as for kris the idol, he embarrasses me on a whole different level from suho bc at least suho is my bias and i find all the stupid shit he does endearing but for kris i just sit there like ////why///// (personally). i poke fun at him a lot (bc who doesn't lbr) and he is #12 on my bias list but lately he's becoming more tolerable to me. idk why, it might have something to do with him hanging around suho a lot more lately (I MEAN THAT KRISHO IS SO STRONG LATELY) but yeah.
this is long and suho got involved somehow still but TL;DR: KRIS SEEMS LIKE AN OKAY GUY BUT NOT REALLY MY TYPE. sometimes i think he might not want to be an idol/doesn't like being one as much as others which leads to some other things i've talked about with others (but will not mention bc it gets kind of touchy/sensitive and i barely even remember anything now)... and uh, yeah i'm probably not a great person to ask about kris lol.

ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm well if we take a look at my top 25 most played in itunes which basically equates to my most favourite songs at any given moment, it is basically all exo taking over a good portion of the top ____ of the 25 there as i dont really listen to anything non kpop aside from akb48, taylor swift and anime music lol
i actually have a playlist on itunes rn which is like all my fav songs atm so... what was your favourite and/or most memorable holiday ever, and what did you like so much about it?

errrrm i don't have like, a specific year that i liked it the most but in general, my favourite (and always most memorable) holiday will always be christmas! it's so cheesy but i like the feeling you get knowing that christmas is coming soon and how the malls and every single place you go to is all decorated for it and the winter specials they have at places like starbucks and!!! snow is always pretty (until you have to walk through it then lol nope) and its always around christmas that we used to get snow days during elementary/middle/high school which was always another bonus.
but now, i really like christmas (not only for the general atmosphere and stuff) but because it's like the only time i get to hang out with the extended side of my family and even tho we've all grown up and are kind of doing our own things so it's sorta weird to hang out, somehow it's still comfortable? and we all get along and there's always good food and it's gotten to a point where i don't even care about getting presents anymore because i value spending time with my family more lol. um wow ok that's cheesy bc i'm not saying i don't want presents (esp if it comes in the form of suho) but just yeah.
I FEEL LIKE I DEVIATED FROM THIS QUESTION SO MUCH BUT!!!! i love christmas, and each year it's always memorable for me. some of my most stand out memories have to do with christmas and just, christmas is the greatest. (also special mention to my 16th birthday when my friends pitched in and got me my first ipod touch that i still use to this day lol)

jinny!!!!! i have like five million. :( at first i used to say alice in wonderland because i could rewatch it so many times and never get tired of it (eventually i did tho??? lmao even tho i still like it a lot) so now i like beauty and the beast! and have for a while. i just, really love the beast and belle does not get on my nerves a lot as far as i remember! i like how she takes care of her dad and how she stands up for the beast and actually tries to get to know him better once he stops acting like a dick and how she kept denying that greasy bastard gaston whom i really hate with a passion and JUST. i love all the characters, really, (even the horse????) except gaston. bc i hate him a lot. like. a lot.

hmmmmm.... i say yes, you can, because i'm a girl and i am friends with plenty of guys! i sometimes get along better with guys more than girls too but i won't deny that with every guy i've befriended/talked to, i can't help but wonder what they'd be like if we ended up dating or i ended up actually having a crush on them lol. i'm pretty positive i am not in the minority by doing this so although it is possible for girls and guys to be friends, it's pretty much very likely that feelings will develop on one side or the other (if not both) which can result in them staying friends or not.... but basically YES GUYS & GIRLS CAN BE FRIENDS. there just may be complications later down the road!!!!!
