What do you think about preseason changes? You probably should be happy about it:)
Well, ideas are good, but I don't ever use PBE. Because new patches are available on LCS only after 2 weeks after release on live servers, and thats a good amount of time to test everything.
Let's see how RIOTs are gonna execute those ideas and after changes hit live - I'll probably share my opinion if it will not be able to help my enemies on the upcoming tournaments.
