What is your take on why is Rammus' winrate so high atm in every tier?
He can gank efficiently and very often in soloq. Also he cant build ad shit-items which usually leads to throwing games(trust me, kha'zix would have ~5-10% more winrate in soloq, if he wouldn't be able to build more than 2 ad per 1 tanky item). And what is important too - he has a lot of CC.

I'm sometimes getting bored of some metas(like lee-elise-kha trio, which was dominating every other junglers in the half of past year). Or I can get bored from a bad team atmosphere as it affects team's performance in a bad way. But from just playing the game - no, not at all.

I think you're overestimating Lucian while underestimating Olaf honestly. Now, there are far too many variables to consider, but let's say they're equal skill. Lucian can dodge the first Axe, but it'll take a lot more than skill to dodge any more. Olaf will go to town on Lucian, probs kill him imo.
Well, i slightly exaggerated if we are gonna talk about toplane olaf. But with a jungle olaf my previous words are absolutely true. Junglers are investing too much gold into items, which are bad for fighting(ex.: sightstone, SotAG(before you build other HP items ofc.)), while they have the least, except supports, gold income into the game.

What is your Elise build path? Do you go for SotAG or SotSW?
I usually build SotSW and sightstone first, then cdr boots and then defensive items(sometimes i build hauting guise before def items, if I'm fed)

Personal skill worth almost nothing lately, it's more about teamplay. And teamplay is about communication. And communication is about respecting each other and being patient. And there are even more factors, which you need to work on as a team.
So making a new team of players who just play good on their roles might not work out just due to inability of some skilled guys to stay calm, agree on their mistakes and be wise.
So I'd think 100 million times about that kind of an opportunity before jumping into it.
