Well,you like him?Go talk to him then. Lol That seems like me with a crush in like middle school/high school. I'd like girls but would be too awkward and nervous to do anything so I'd just look at them and hope maybe they'd come talk to me. It's definetly a bad approach and comes off creepy but I doubt any harm is meant. If you like him,talk to him. If you don't either ignore it and hope he stops or I'd suggest gently explaining to him that it comes off bad and that is not the way to attract the right attention from someone you like.
