You should wait till the server is back again honestly. Too many ppl trying to get into the site and the site is crashed, that's why you better wait till the server is back. -ewi

You just have smtowm acc, not yet an EXO-L member. After you got your smtown acc, now try to open exo-l.smtown.com then choose log in. Now you log in with your smtown acc, and just follow the next step. They will ask you if you really one to be an EXO-L member and done :) -ewi
