how does exo share their profit with company and each member? if one member gets solo activity, does he share payment/income with 11 of them or just share with company? if you were exo member, what kind of contract do you want and think that is fair about sharing profit?

lol when groups first debut, the contract they sign with sm means that the groups overall money gained is divided into 12 lol. however contract terms change as the artists mature, exo are not rookies now so terms in their contracts are bound to have changed since they're starting individual promotions lol. the money they gain from group promos is divided into 11 however the solo promotions belong to one person lol. in some groups that lack a fandom/support usually the more popular members will have to divide money from their solo promos into the group. but exo have a pretty strong fandom support lol so i doubt it haha. -hun

I feel somewhat upset for the boys, but I've learned to move on. If that person is happier now, then perhaps it is better that that person had left. I don't disagree with his decision? In the grand scheme of things, no matter what we say, exo is merely going to be a blip on the radar 15, 20 years down the road. By leaving at the height of their fame, it might be selfish, but is also the most practical thing to do. We can't all afford to be sentimental, I guess, the entertainment industry is, after all, a dog eat dog, man eat man kind of place. And if that person had already entertained thoughts of leaving in the first place, perhaps he might have not just been unhappy but made everyone else unhappy too. There's a chinese saying that goes, a short pain is better than a long one. Rather than dragging things out perhaps this is better? So right now I don't reallt feel angry or anything, I only worry for the boys and hope for the best for all parties. - gwen

its okay omfg sehun and boa look so cute together LOL but boA's his favourite sunbae / idol to look up to ;n; the style of dance in 'only one' really matches up with his own personal style of dance and i love how he looks so natural dancing beside her. wowie everytime i see their performances im so proud of him!!!!!! -hun

all the boys understand and speak basic english, afterall english is a universal language. they're bound to know a few sentences and understand a bit. tao is working on his english, he really wants to communicate with his fans more and thats why he tries so hard. but theres really no pressure for him to become the next kris. he does it because he wants to, because he loves his fans and he's willing to learn and improve on his languages for them. maybe hes not the only one thats studying english. imo, a lot of the boys have a basic understanding (see happy camp's main mc who tries to speak english with them). they do understand, but i doubt they can respond or reciprocate it well. -hun

hahaha XD hopefully you become a fan after the concert ;) You will need to know their songs first of all, so you can listen all their songs regularly for the next few days so you get the tunes in your head haha XD EXO have 4 albums:
MAMA
XOXO (plus the repackage, which has the songs 'Growl', 'Lucky' and 'XOXO' in it)
MID (Miracles in December) &
Overdose
As for remembering who is who, first watch all their MV's (watch with your cousin so she will let you know who is who) :D and to make sure you remember who is who, watch 2 episodes of Weekly Idol & EXO's Showtime (you get them with Eng Subs on Youtube) :D you will quickly be able to learn who is who :D plus you have your cousin who will gladly help you~

I want to fetch exo when they come back but how to know when they coming to sg ?

depending on how far you live from sg airport, you can do it. just need to know approximately what time incheon airport previews come out, check out the incoming flights from seoul on that day at the airport website and then hurry to the airport so you can make it and figure out the right terminal. (check twitter for any info or anyone heading there too! -hun)
