exo-l = exo-love // also the fact that exo-l is between exo-k and exo-m means that we are one with exo :) -hun

My advice, wait for the server to be repaired. Since due the high traffic the server state is not really good too. -ewi

After you got your smtown acc, now try to open exo-l.smtown.com then choose log in. Now you log in with your smtown acc, and just follow the next step. They will ask you if you really one to be an EXO-L member and done :) -ewi
