Your admin Gwen is rather rude, to be honest.

to be honest, everyone has their own way of answering questions. Gwen's way of answering questions may seem rather rude to you but that's the way she type and answer people - straight to the point & never beating ard the bush. She's a realist so I'm sorry if you can't see eye to eye with the way she is but she's my admin and I cherish her & all the other admins in exoglobal team alot bc of their huge contribution to this team but please know that nothing will change just cause you feel that she is 'rather rude'. she will still answer questions this way & the team will still have her back. I hope you can respect our team members and it's 'rather rude' of you to send this hate since anon you obviously haven't thought abt what gwen would feel. I hope my replied has answer your ask and please know that being an admin is a 'job' that keeps giving but with no receiving, we commit a lot of our time on updating the latest news and pictures to yguys willingly because we want to share the EXO love with fans so it's nice if you could try to understand us in our
shoes, after having to handle school/work for the day and having to squeeze in answering asks/updating twitter in our break time as admins we are really worn out but we still do this. Thanks -lyn

I don't think so? It doesn't appear to me that way :) on stage their interactions and personality traits may be somewhat exaggerated for the sake of entertainmsnt, but their fundamental personalities are more or less the same :) - gwen

As far as I know exo has never said themselves to be 'gay' or anything, so I wouldn't say they are gay. A lot of these 'ships' are more about brotherly love than romantic love in any case. Also, does their sexual orientation really matter? - gwen

frankly, it is difficult to answer all the questions so we have to first sieve out the ones that are repetitive or have already been answered and answer the rest first. we do try to answer all the questions promptly but it can sometimes take us weeks to get around to it >.< - gwen

you can send it directly to sm's address, but only during specific times (baekhyun's brithday, but not always? the address can be found on the smtown website. also look out for the announcement saying that sm is accepting fangifts - gwen
