Why do people purposely trigger themselves? Like watching, listening to, or doing stuff that reminds them of or makes them feel their trauma? Is there a psychological explanation? Is it dangerous/bad or a part of processing things?

We all have bad cooping mechanisms. For me it started off as away to feel something, to remind me that there was some human left in me and that I wasn't completely messed up. I wanted to feel something so badly at the time and it was the only thing that got a reaction out of me. Eventually it became traumatizing. I'd numb out, my brain would shut off and I was done for the day. Now I use it as away to turn off my brain.

What is a perfect wife in your opinion?

There I no such thing as a perfect spouse. She has to be a woman of God and that speaks volumes. Love her for who she is and as the woman God created her to be. Be my peace and safe space cause that's going to go along way with me. Honestly being a Godly woman says a lot on what a wife should be and what I seek. Although, I don't expect my wife to bear children or stay at home to cook and clean. We all going to learn those basic skills. She is free to do as she please as long as she remains loyal to me.

So what you're saying is we've reached the level where ducks are an acceptable wedding gift?

What kind of nature do you feel most drawn to? 🏞️🐠🏔️🏜️

I love nature in general and appreciate all aspects of it but probably the forest or some wide open space? The wide open spaces of the west with the mountains, forest, ocean and desert is honestly my favorite thing about living in California. I love the west coast a lot. I genuinely love the freedom of the wide open spaces. It fills my soul.

I thought I was trippin' when I saw you wrote your name down because I remembered you had a different name at one point.

I legally changed my name two years ago. I don't use my full name on social media for multiple reasons. I only use my full name when it comes to legal stuff otherwise you will always see me shortening it.
