Exert your physical energy into something. Workout, run or simply walk till you feel a bit tired. Keep yourself busy doing things that you like. Try to stop your negative thoughts consciously.
It's sounds easy but its not when you have anxiety or any mental health problems. But you have to make effort to make your mind a peaceful space.
