I guess top 10, but I was hoping you would rate each player individually on a scale of 0-10 (e.g. WWW - 9/10 He is pretty well rounded, but he lacks a little in the HR only area. (only an example don't take it seriously, I think WWW is an amazing player and would rate 10/10)).

WWW: Most Balanced player can play anything , lacks a little of speed/stamina against other players 9.7/10
rrtyui: Good at everything, lots of amazing scores 10/10
Hvick225: Sick player, so fast, That Tenshi pass was amazing 9.5/10
_Index: HR god, Sadly no hidden 8.5/10
AngelSim: He's doing pretty sick score lately with high acc and low UR. Don't know how to rate him
Azer: Sadly the RSI is holding him back, If weren't by that, he'd be top 10 material 8/10
Rafis: Nice DT plays 8/10
HDHR: no way to know what he plays now :P Really good at HDHR (kappa) and he is getting nice no mod scores now 8.5/10
Doomsday: Lots of stamina, good speed. 8/10
mugio3: great no mod player, he should be top50. 8/10
Cookiezi: wasn't around when he still played, but from what i saw he's 9.5/10
Those are the ones i know the most, I'll probably be wrong in a lot of things (certainly). i don't think a player like me should rate top players
