What's something you do to relieve stress? Mine is listening to music and writing, It feels like I can just escape to a whole new world where I can do anything I want.
I listen to music or exercise. Id never self harm because of anything, because whatever is making you feel like you want to do it, can't visibly be shown, unless its physical abuse. But if it isn't, then there's no point making a reminder of how many times people have hurt you. It makes ir harder for you to forget.
