Sehogyan, mert ilyen módszer nincs... aki azt állítja, ő tud ilyet, bizonyítani ő sem tudta soha, pláne nem hosszútávon, tartósan.
Eat only 6-8 hours after waking up. Its called intermitten fasting. I have tryed many diets if not all of them. Intermitten fasting is the most effective.
I personally eat 15:00 whatever i like and something like sandwich before sleeping. Till 15:00 no sugary drinks! After 15:00 you can eat whatever you disire.
