What kind of vampire is your character like?
/ Definitely a reckless kind. She kills with little remorse, not allowing herself to see the other person as a human but instead a toy or a warm, walking-talking, blood bag. I feel like sometimes she abuses her abilities, such as compelling, using it to her advantage to get what she wants when she wants it. She thrives on being a vampire and feeling alive, something she constantly embraces after learning to adapt with it. After finding out her sister was killed by a vampire, she has an underlining belief that she is a monster and assumes others see her as such, which is exactly why she gives them a monster. I definitely think she’d be the type of vampire to, at some point, switch her humanity off which would only amplify her current state to being even more monstrous. Skylar naturally struggles to come to terms with the fact that she got an incurable form of cancer when she was human and was going to die from it, not being able to understand what she did to deserve it, so she’s convinced herself into thinking that way about the people she kills. Having the attitude of; ‘why should they get to live when I didn’t?’.
