Yes.... I've been extremely shy my whole life. It's so hard for me to meet people because my father traumatized my mother while she was pregnant with me and after birth till he went to jail when I was three. Been going to therapy for PTSD and childhood trauma... trying to live my life finally? But it's so hard...

I personally feel like it does because your childhood memories , traumas and etc. has a great way in literally staying with you for the rest of your life in some type of way.
