No dont tell her, thats stupidity. All of your respect will be dhusssh gone.
First i think let her be remain single.. if she is really like simple sweet nature then she deserve a boy with a same nature if you think you are, then go for friendship first, gain her trust, give her respect above all, first develop understanding n care between you both it might take one year or 1 month. Compromise again n again . You have to be patience. Best of luck and yes THEN BE SINCERE. .
Thats my own experience. I did for a girl but .... Nevermind i trust no more, i dont believe in relations, only i have a belief on officially committed thing.
