how many hours of sleep do you usually get?
7-10 typically. On school nights I go to bed around 9:30-10:30 and wake up at 6 ish. And not school days I usually ah e to still be up for something by like 9.

how many times per day do u wash ur face?
I wash my face at night and in the morning I just use toner. There for awhile I was doing the whole twice a day but that was during the summer and at 6 am I have zero motivation to do so. But my skin was way better washing it twice a day.

I tried to one time because my school has a blood drive every quarter but my heart beat was barely too fast for me to donate so I just never tried again.
