ohhhh!! it's cause the second screen, on the inside, is cracked and one of the parts is not functioning properly so the rest of the system doesn't know how to function without it. it's all because of how Samsung makes their screen now with their graphics and stuff.
in other words, the phone is like me, you, and breahn. If one of US is missing, we just kinda don't know what to do. we all have a specific thing we do to properly function a hilarious 3 way friendship.
