You want my honest answer? A lot of things people who are in my life who I thought I could trust and so called friends that who hurt me the most. Not going into details but i don't trust them anymore so yeah

First of all listen to your heart first. Than listen to the voice that's inside of your head. If it's your voice saying negative things don't listen to it.. if it saying positive things then listen to it. We have two sides of us that fighting good vs evil

To be honest with you yes and no the yes part is yes I'm happy and the no part is I'm still struggling of finding my own happiness without pleasing people who are in my life and I have still lots of ways to go of my healing journey.

One of my memories that I remember was in Mid February when I celebrated my 30th Birthday with each family members and had my favorite cake Vanilla Cake and I visited my Aunt's house for a long weekend.
