Why would I be getting a automated message saying that this Verizon number cannot receive calls because of restrictions on the line? Does that mean I’m blocked?
I had Verizon like ten years ago and never encountered that so I googled it, most of what I saw says that it's because of nonpayment or technical error. I'd try another phone to call Verizon customer service and get them to look into it.
