Tbh, this has worked for me, no BS. First what I did was I looked on YouTube for fasting plans, found a fasting diet that consists of you fast 20hrs a day and eating 4hrs a day. Example I eat lunch at 1pm and have dinner by 5pm, that’s the 4hrs, dinner is my last meal and lunch is my first meal. If feel like it’s not enough I usually drink water and sometimes juice. My workouts I do, I’m trying different ones from Pinterest, I pinned like 20 of them, cardio, strength, Marcel superhero exercises and dc superhero exercises. Also everyday I do an average of 15,000-20,000 steps. Days off I try to get 10,000 at least. Loss 14 pounds, I didn’t change any eating habits at all, still eat what I want, but I usually have home cook meals everyday except Friday
