What is your study schedule like? Any advice?

but okay since I started working rlly hard this year haha
I started making my history and bio notes during the summer in a lil notebook
and then I set aside at least a few hours a week (besides tuition) to practice math past papers
and then I started my psych notes and finished my history notes during September holiday
and I try to just reread my bio notes at the end of every week to keep it fresh
and I never study with anyone else
and I always study with music with no lyrics
and always at home or alone in the IB lounge or in the library
