Funny thing. This good friend of mine said something a while back that stuck with me. Now, he only knew the second worst thing that had happened with me at that time. But he said, you have 5 minutes and you can curse, cry your heart out or do whatever you want, you've got 5 minutes to let it out. And then, every minute of your life is spent trying to get over it, until you do. You'll be fine then.
I did try it. The loss was bigger than 5 minutes could contain so it took me longer than that. But it helped. A lot. Bless you, meri jaan. I'm lucky to have these people in my life, more than I deserve and could ever ask for.
