You came they prayed Azan in your ear,

You came to the world, helpless and dependent
You'll go helpless and dependent
So know that oh! Son of Adam and Eve, this world shall be a temporary residence for you!
And just think again and question yourself what all this hassle should be for?Hence, do not ache your feet while you travel around.

What’s the one great lesson you learnt so far in 2023 ?

Somehow putting my faith and firm belief where the promises of my lord lie in these facts referred in Quran as well.
And along with that asking myself to and fro reassuring that; And do you cry over that which has passed? I swear to you, if there was any good in it, it would have stayed.
I guess this is ought to be a lesson for all of us more or less to not stay in the loop of regrets as these are the most probable things that will eat your thoughts, positivity ahead and washup your future. Understanding the fact that it is never easy, but for your own goodness should come out of the unaccepted comfort zone we create for ourselves with in our journey of grief including the aspects of anxiety and depression. Leading to despair of darkness and disbelief

Something which I posted back then in 2k18 was reflecting on my FB wall from memories, just read this:
#صاحب_ایک_گڑیا_لے_دو .......
اس نے تیسری بار جام بنایا اور ایک ہی سانس میں پی گئی.
اُس کی آنکھوں کے سرخ ڈورے مزید گہرے اور سانسیں بے قابوھونے لگیں
اُس نے لڑکھڑاتے ہوئے ہاتھ ایک بار پھر جام کی طرف بڑھائے تو میں نے مداخلت کی ۔
اُس نے خمار آلود آنکھوں سے مجھے دیکھا اور کہا صاحب ہمارا دھندا ہی ایسا ہے.
آپ بھی ایک جام لگائیں تاکہ لگے دم مٹے غم!
میں نے معذرت کی تو اس نے بڑھا ہوا ہاتھ روکا اور خمار آلود آنکھوں سے میری طرف دیکھتے ہوئے پوچھا۔
صاحب کیا پروگرام ھے؟
میں نے کہا میں تم سے کچھ باتیں کرنا چاہتا ہوں.
اُس نے بآواز بلند ہنسنا شروع کردیا ۔
صاحب ہمیں پیسے باتوں کے نہیں ملتے بلکہ دھندے کے ملتے ہیں اور آپ کیا پہلی رات کی دلہن سمجھ رہے ہیں مجھے؟
میں نے پوچھا تم کتنا پڑھی لکھی ھو
اس نے ہنستے ہوئے کہا۔۔
صاحب میں نے ٹھوکروں میں سولہ جماعتیں پاس کی ہیں اور طالب علموں سے لے کر اساتذە تک ہر عمر اور ہر قبیلے کے لوگ میرےاستاد ہیں
میں نے پوچھا کوئی ادھوری خواھش؟
اب اس کی آنکھوں میں آنسوؤں کی جھڑی لگ گئی۔
اُس نے روتے ھوئے میرا دامن پکڑا اور زور زور سے رونا شروع کردیا.
میں نے بمشکل اس کو سنبھالا تو اس نے کہا

صاحب ایک گڑیا لے دو
بے زبان گڑیا
جس سے دل بہلاؤں میں
اپناحال سناؤں میں
وە میرے راز چھپائے گی
بس سنتی سنتی جائے گی

Okay, so all you need to do is sit down peacefully at a place near you. Close your eyes inhale and exhale! Doing this start breathing slowly, once you catch your breath drink a glass of water.
Doing all this let the power of decision be taken by Almighty ( Cause he is the best planner & decision maker) ...All you could do was pray and you did it at your best 😉

One Of The Best Childhood Memory lies with the state of waking up for school every day with the sound of tilawat and translation teaching true meaning of life. Indeed the best thing to listen when coming to consciousness from sleep similar to the moments when you come to this world:
"All Praise onto Allah (Almighty) Who granted us life after death (Sleep) and we are return to him."
And the person reciting used to be Aba g mostly or he used to play the casette or that specific channel on television, blending with the beauty of dusk changing to dawn, bringing a hope to life.
#PRO TIP: WHENEVER DEPRESSED TAKE OUT FEW MINUTES FROM ALL THE HASSLE OF LIFE AND TRY TO REMINCE THE BEAUTY OF THESE MOMENTS AFTER FAJAR ONCE A WEEK YOU'LL FOR SURE FEEL LIKE LIVING AGAIN!!!❣️
