Not often. I don't subscribe to any of the movie channels (Netflix etc) so I will sometimes buy a cheap second hand CD if there's something I particularly want to see. I also buy concert DVDs for bands that I follow, occasionally, although I can't say that I actually watch them very often.
It depends on how important it is, and how my words might affect other people. I'll speak up if it's important, but keep quiet if others might be offended and it's not really that important.
I recently bought a new one as the old one was losing time too much and had clearly worn out. I need one that has the day of the week as well as the date as I never know what day it is. That's actually not that common in analogue watches (which I prefer), but this one came from Argos for about £28.
