Congratulations on finishing PS it was great!!

This is very late, apologies for that! And thank you very much, I'm beyond thrilled to have finished a full-length (my first, actually) novel so I'm really happy that you enjoyed it too :)

Hey, how do manage your time between writing and doing other stuff in your busy life?

I tend to just write when I have free time. When I had college, I also worked and went to exercise classes so it was a bit of struggle but you just find time. Those twenty minutes you're on the bus? Write. It's all about finding a few minutes to yourself and spending it the way you want - i firmly believe you shouldn't feel forced into writing I'm your spare time. Do it because you want to.

When you write a story, it was planned out OR you just go with the flow?

I never fully plan my story because it never sticks. The main events are planned out but the rest just consists of me writing with the flow and seeing where the characters take me :)

Hi! How are you?

I'm doing good! I officially registered for University the other day which is both super exciting and daunting! (I'm officially a uni student, how absurd!) And I also managed to sprain my leg so I've been on bed rest all week and I can honestly say I've never missed walking this much lmao

How do you manage writing and school

Now this is a little tricky. A lot of people will say that you have to manage your time but honestly? Sometimes no matter how well you manage your time, one thing will have to be pushed back.
That's why I think it's important school stuff is always done before even considering writing - as much as you want to. It can suck when you have so many ideas floating in your head but at times like that, writing isn't a priority. I would always have the urge to write during coursework, literally no other time ironically, but I just forced myself through my work instead and it's worth it in the end.
And just rest as much as possible so that you don't burn yourself out too!

What poc characters do you think should be written about

Every kind! Any diversity is well received in my opinion.
However, I've personally yet to read any genuine books on wattpad about Arabs/North Africans or even Greeks for that matter.
Hell, anything related to Greeks is about guts looking like 'Greek God's' so I do plan on incorporating those into my future works alongside other cultures too :)

the old ones were so much better than before tbh i'm not a huge fan of the new ones only because the acting got cringey but WHOA THE OLD ONES WERE A CATALYST FOR MY SUPERHERO OBSESSION

Oh, trust me. The new ones are so cringe but my brothers watch them so I kinda just got sucked in - though I do pretty much laugh at how ridiculous it all is.

ahh, your compliments are so appreciated and lovely, you're a wonderful person. and thank you!! ALSO I STALKED YOUR PROFILE AND POWER RANGERS WAS MY ENTIRE CHILDHOOD GIRL

I'm not ashamed to say that I still watch Power Rangers and I'm almost twenty, ha!

Perfect Storm deserves more remigration it's written so well!

That's really nice of you to say, thank you! I don't really mind about recognition (I'm assuming you meant this) because I just really enjoy writing for myself at the moment. Either way, I do appreciate your message xx

what are the tropes that inspired the books you publihed?

I would definitely say real life problems and essentially anything that someone out there may have experienced. Personally, I like to write about things that may be associated with something negative so that I can show a different side to it. Example: Ivy being addicted in Addiction, I feel like I was able to show another side to the reason people are driven down this path and I feel as though that's very significant.

Whatre ur views with Friendship on Wattpad

If you're referring to making friends, I think it's great. I've met a ton of amazing people through wattpad and I can honestly say that I have no regrets in that regard. Sometimes you connect more with people online than you do in real life.
However, it's also important to be safe online too. Sadly not everyone is who they say they are.

I'm starting highschool soon and I was wondering if you have any advice for me

Go in knowing who you are - and just be yourself throughout. It's important that people surround you based on who you are and not who you've portrayed yourself as!
And have fun! Enjoy your subjects and surround yourself with a positive crowd so you aren't pulled into peer pressure or false ideologies. Just remember high school is only a small part of your life, so don't feel as though it'll define you and put pressure on yourself.

What inspired Addiction?

A lot of things actually. I'd seen a lot of shows and books portray addiction as being something that was entirely the persons fault. And although I don't condone drugs, i know for a fact that people can be drawn to them because of the circumstances that they are in and they should be supported through that regardless.
So from there I had a vague outline but initially it was centred around Ivy liking another rehab patient. Then Archer was born and i was just curious to see how a relationship could develop between a 'client' and a counselor. I also found the concept of a substance abuse counselor being something very intriguing because at that point I wasn't sure what type of counselor I would have liked to be in the future.
But the more I wrote Addiction, the more I started to analyse the psychology behind it all which I thought I was pretty cool and kind of explains the way I ended it. I've rambled on now, haha.

I feel like Hannah exaggerated some bit though. I'm not saying she was lying because she wasn't and what happened to her was pretty horrid but some parts I just felt, "why Hannah?"

I noticed a lot of people have said that, which I understand, but I do think when mental health is in the mix, nothing is thrown out of proportion. The simplest of things can trigger a chain of reaction.
However, there's this therapist who did speak out about 13 reasons and said she didn't understand Hannah's reasons for claiming Zack or whatever his name was (I forgot lol) was one of the reasons but I mean every show has its pros and cons really!
