Excellent question! Pardon me as I'm going to reply in English. If person changes in behaviour or style, its because of miscommunication and misunderstandings. If you avoid those things from happening in the first place, no one would ever change. And if it does happen, all you need to do is talk to that person. Talking signifies that you care & clarifies any misconceptions between two people.

Omg! Definitely, girls! As they're more emotional when it comes to boys! They tend to get emotionally attached especially to the people who don't deserve anything!
