Lakasan mo loob mo, pray always wag mo isipin yung kinakatakot mo, divert your attention to something else. Talk to your friends, manuod ka ng mga nakakatawang palabas para maalis mo sa sistema mo yung nga nakakatakot na mga bagay. Do fun things, iwasan ang mga nega topics..
