Most days. If not consciously on a given day then subconsciously. It's always something.
I'd say It happens not so often and not so rarely. It's kind of middle.
meh, more often than i'd like to admit. family issues have been really stressing me out and i've been blaming myself even for things that aren't my fault.
Sometimes, it is unavoidable. But I try my hardest to love myself as myself, so that others can love me for me.
