talk to HR. if that doesn't work, then do what i do and harass them right back. either that or walk out, preferably in the middle of a shift.

You should look into apply for a complaint or leaving your job all together.
Best thing to do is to tell ur boss especially if u asked them employee to stop and the person is still harassing u. Now if it’s sexual harassment or if the person harassing u is getting violent or in ur face or trying to trip u punch u etc etc it’s best to the call the cops and have them deal with this person.
A job isn’t suppose to be a placed ur harassed whether it’s harassment or sexual harassment either or is not okay. If your boss won’t do anything it’s time to go to the police especially if ur in a situation where u can’t leave ur job. Now by doing something about this especially if u go over ur bosses head the job might try to get u fired but u can collect unemployment and maybe even sue them especially if u have evidence proof among other things that they refused to do anything about the harassment and after u went above their heads they then started targeting u.
Overall the main thing is to make sure ur safe. If this harassment is leading to stalker issues or anything else don’t wait or even try to contact ur boss just contact the police immediately. If it’s sexual harassment u can talk to ur boss or again just contact the police. That call is urs and if the guy/girl is found guilty of sexually harassing u they will end up in jail. Even if it’s just harassment depending on how severe the person could also end up in jail for that as it is illegal especially in the United States.
