I'm in the same situation. It's confusing amd annoying. But, think about how often you think about him, or how close you guys are. Is it possible you like him or just the connection? Is it possible you just like him because he likes you? If you dont want to like him think about all the bad things he did and use that to justify you not needing feelings

well you just have to talk with him get to know him and if you like him for his personality and not just because of his looks then maybe you do have actual feelings for him but if you get like really happy when you see him or something along those things then maybe you like him. there’s this guy that i like but before we even started talking i liked him for his looks and never really talked to him and then i started talking to him and he really funny and sweet and very goofy so it’s his personality that pulled me into him more and it’s like now i can’t get him off my mind. talk to him it’s all about communication.
