What does freedom mean for you? 👍 😇

In my viewpoint, I consider freedom as the right to freely express myself without any judgements and carrying out activities which capture my interest.
When I have got spare time to reflect on myself, my needs, and for leisure talk with my friends and family, that is to say - I'm not duty bound for a whole day, then I recognise it as freedom.
It must also include the power to take decisions for myself which can prove to be in my best interest + when I don't have to depend on anyone, i.e, financially stable and emotionally independent.

Best way to let out anger without violence?

Write down your feelings, listen a song which can calm your mind😇,
Learn to calm your anger. Favourite hobby ( singing, drawing) can pacify anger.
Take a timeout and think why you're angry, are you wrong or right. If you're wrong then admit the mistake and if right then explain your outlook to the situation. ( When environment is peaceful to talk and listen).
Other person can understand if they think you're right. No need to force your opinions on others.
Violence is not the solution to anything.
It just shows that one is getting frustrated because someone is unable to understand them and thus, they are trying desperately to show that they're more superior or have got more power.

Can someone be sad and happy at the same time?

Yes. When someone is emotional and they have got a person who is listening and supporting them at that time. They will feel grateful and happy from inside.
Likewise, if a person gets admission in their dream college which is distant from home. So they will feel happy but at the same time, sadness will be prominent because they will have to depart away from their home and in the new place, there will be only new challenges. 🙂

R u a shy person?😌

Yes, I am not very extrovert. In new situations, I don't express myself very much because I think that it will not bring any much difference. 🙃
I stay away from situations where there's no comfort level for me in informal relations.
Apart from that, if someone watches me writing some answers which needs to be thought first then it distracts me. 😅
Maybe it happens because my confidence level drops. 😅
I'm a kind of person who can act different in social life as compared to my true self.
Only some of my friends have seen my true real side. 😅
I'm happy in both ways as long as they act simple and natural with me. 🙂 If they don't, then there are plenty of ways to replenish my soul. 🍃
