It means that it doesn't matter which kind of skin tone or colour you are like grass.You know how its light green some times ,not always the colour is green it can be dark green or anything so the proper thing is to sayIt doesnt matter if your black or white like Michael Jackson it doesn't matter if your black or white :)

change my attitude and mindset. And the best way to change your attitude and mindset is to remove certain words and phrases from your vocabulary and to replace them with others that are more positive.
It might take some time to remove negative phrases and words because you’ve gotten so used to them. But once you start using new words and phrases that are more positive, you’ll be surprised at how almost instantly people around you react differently and how you look at the world around you in a fresh way.

MAYBE BECAUSE STAIRS RISE HIGHER (LIKE HIGHER IN THE AIR!) AND STEPS; WE'LL SAY
ARE LIKE SHORT STEPS TO SOMEWHERE CLOSER.
SERIOUSLY THOUGH, THEY DO HAVE STAIRS OUTSIDE OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS AND ALONG SIDE OF HOMES WITH OUTSIDE STAIRS ENTRY.TO ANOTHER STORY.
STAIRS ARE STAIRS WHEN THEY GO UP A WHOLE LEVEL OR MORE OF STORIES; OR DOWN.
STEPS DON'T GO INTO ANOTHER LEVEL BUT ENTER SOMEWHERE ON THE FIRST LEVEL OF.....
THEY HAD TO DISTINGUISH A DIFFERENCE . :D loooool

One solution that could prevent poverty ?

By giving employment opportunities,motivate nations to save and to work any kind of work,rich countries can invest it's money in other countries to acquire more resources and those countries can get benefit from the richer ones that they will employ their unemployment people,educational facilities. & through helping each other, being patient in all the things we do and believing in once ability :)
