I always bottle up my feelings to the point where I hardly feel them anymore but I prefer it that way.
Like at funerals I can't cry and weddings bore me but I always feel so vulnerable showing feelings. It feels safer so I don't understand why it's bad.
I told my friend that I always keep my feelings in. I only show it a little when I'm happy even when I'm not but I always hide any other feeling whether it's feeling sad, hopeless, worried, etc. I've probably only cried once (like a real letting-it-out cry) in my life... She told me it was bad for me to do that.
But I don't understand what's wrong with it? What could I do to change it? I've been doing it so long I just don't know how anymore...

I soon found that I would have many moments like this in my life. I try to learn from each mistake I make and I sure have made some head-banging doosies..;)
