Idk I kind of feel like when I left, you stopped caring about me. If you do that's alright with me I guess, or maybe I'm making an incorrect assumption (I do that a lot) either way I honestly wish you'd try to learn a bit about social issues cause I think it'd benefit you a lot, you're one of the few lgbtqia+ people I know who isn't an active sjw which is ok but at the same times it's nice to be at least a little socially aware

Just because someone has a popular page doesn't mean they can't be occasionally incorrect, but sjw/nAt ask.fm is normally educated, excluding those who just piggyback off the information they're seeing and aren't otherwise informed.
May I ask who this individual was and what the disorder is if that isn't too personal? You can just priv me their @ if you want. From what I have learned (and I'm reasonably educated in social matters), people WITH certain disorders or people who are oppressed by certain slurs can reclaim slurs (ex: girls can use bitch, slut, hoe; people w/ personality disorders can reclaim crazy, people w/ psychosis can reclaim psycho, etc). I personally find most slurs to be generally unpleasant and don't use a majority of the ones I can technically reclaim for that reason. People are meant to use the slurs that oppressed them in a somewhat positive manner most of the time, or to cope, hence "reclamation"; they're taking back a word used to dehumanize them and making it their own to use so it no longer causes them pain - if that makes sense. I'm not sure how the neuroatypical ask.fmers presented their argument to you but I know a lot of people have a low tolerance for those they may consider ignorant, although I do not agree with the way they treat some people at times. If you're also referring to people using mental illness as an excuse in general, it does overall tend to really interfere with one's life and impair their ability to perform certain tasks; it may cause struggles socially. I'm personally an extremely terrible and VERY easily irritable, absolutely unapproachable person when I'm unstable. I am very careful to recognize instances where my mental illness is truly to blame and only then will I blame my mental illness for it. It's pretty hard to say "I'm just an asshole" or "I'm just weird" when in reality it was in fact irrational or compulsive urge (among other things) motivating a certain action/reaction.
