Any stress management technique that you use?
I just hug my cat. But of course, I can't take him everywhere with me so then, I usually just don't. I try not to think about it. Or meditate. That's really effective. Still, I recommend preventing stress than actually facing it after it's caused. So I try to make everything as easy as possible because for me, stress is caused when things seem more difficult than I would like. So if there's anything I can do to make this 'tough' task or situation easier, I do it, because most things can be manipulated to fit your comfort. So if it's a chapter that you need to learn, reading the entire thing and understanding the key points and studying that way will be waaay easier than mugging it all up. Hope that helps!
