I don't even know... does it count if their intention wasn't pure and good? I went through a lot of abusive shit where I even got proposed to, by someone who wanted to marry me for bullshit reasons. So.

When you 'like' someone they're other boats on your river. If you 'love' them, you want to let them in & have them let *you* in w/mutual respect, loyalty, understanding, etc. to the point where you're shipmates. No, you don't need to be right next to each other all the time. Just as shipmates take shore leave & know they're still part of the same crew, you can be away from your love & know they're in your Heart.
The true test about whether you're doing something for love or for a crush of lust/desire: Are you focusing on respecting *them* as well as satisfying you both & helping you both grow (and if forced to, choosing their happiness over your wants), or are you solely focused on having what you want to make *yourself* happy?
Sometimes ppl can become self-destructive in their efforts to please others, & if you truly love them (even if they're doing things they don't enjoy to please YOU *even if it's pleasing to you*) you'd tell them to stop. Your care for them as a person outweighs your desire for happiness where they're concerned.
Fuck letting them see you cry too, never make them feel bad about the sacrifices you might have to make to keep them happy and safe.
If they're not doing anything destructive but you're in a situation where two guys are trying to get a lady's attention, the guy who really loves her will want her to be happy no matter who she chooses & will actually help his "competition" instead of dragging the other man down if he thinks the other man might make her more happy than he could.

"Liking" someone is often a noisy, cute crush & can be flirty & superficial. It has its place/use. You can like+love the same ppl, but they are separate things, remember.

I've been asked this question a few times already I think...and usually I'm the one doing the reporting, but if I encounter the law in any trouble-maker capacity, it's usually because I got into a car accident (someone crashing into me, rolling over, etc.) Or because the police were called on someone else and it's standard practice to talk to everyone involved.

Yes, a few that I myself consider "bad" that maybe others don't. I also have general habits that don't bother me at all but maybe others think are "the worst ever".
For instance, when I brush my teeth I have to wet my toothbrush first, and because of the way I brush, the foam *never* strictly stays in my mouth. If there's enough foam to stay in my mouth, my mouth won't feel clean enough and I will be bothered by the feel of my own mouth. For, like, until I can brush my teeth to *my* satisfaction.
My foster mother would yell at me and say I was being messy to displease her on purpose but that wasn't the case... ever. I just never saw why it mattered how messy I was if I always cleaned it up after. It was *my* face, wasn't it?
