1. Beribadah (sholat 5 waktu, sedekah, puasa, dll)
2. makan-makan yang bergizi, example : nasi, sayur, lauk pauk (ikan, daging, tahu, tempe), air mineral, susu, buah.
3. Istirahat yang cukup.
