What are your thoughts on this article? Are mothers still looked down on in the society for being *just*..mothers? *safe link. http://mariashriver.com/blog/2015/08/motherhood-why-do-we-still-not-feel-like-its-enough-maria-shriver/

I don't think most people look down on stay-at-home-mothers. It's got to be one of the hardest, and most important jobs in the world. From what I have heard from people I know, there seems to be two predominate pressures which make *just* mothers feel like they aren't doing enough....first comes from themselves, because there is no immediate gratification, no mothering progress reports that say "yes, you are doing a great job". Shaping a child's sense of self is a year after year process, and one doesn't see the finished product, so to speak, until many years down the road.
The other pressure seems to come from partners (or other mothers, who work outside the home) who make the mother feel that if they aren't helping to provide a monetary income, then their work and contribution to the family is somehow less important. In reality, raising a child to feel loved and secure and nurtured (whether or not the mother works) is what counts in the end.

I am sorry to say something dumb.

We all say dumb things. Think of the dumbest thing you’ve ever said, and 100% someone somewhere has out-dumbed you 😆 This is how I comfort myself anyway

I appear to be filled with rage for some unknown reason. Proceed with caution.

Don’t expect people to tiptoe around your rage. It’s a problem for the person experiencing out of control emotions; they have to learn to manage themselves. Whether that be isolating themselves for awhile, therapy, exercise, meditation. No one should have to manage your anger except you.

Many thesis say that not having breakfast effects mental performance, your attention, ability to concentrate. What breakfast you eat today?

I had yogurt with fresh blueberries but I think it’s ok not to eat breakfast. As long as you are hydrated in the morning.
Primitive humans didn’t eat 3 meals a day; they ate when they hunted or gathered something. Some days they didn’t eat at all, other days they feasted on a big kill. The concept of eating 3 meals a day is more of a modern consumerism idea than a health goal.

Have you made your sunscreen debut? If not, when do you usually? ☀️

I stayed up way too late last night finishing the show “Beef” on Netflix
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a show this good; it has maybe 10 episodes or so.
It stars Steven Yeun (Glen from The Walking Dead) and Ali Wong as two drivers who get in a road rage altercation and how they keep ramping it up with each other’s lives and it has a domino effect. It was so good; I highly recommend 😊

Say you were gonna sleep at a place with no beds, what would you bring to make yourself comfortable? 🛏️🚫

I have a self inflatable air mattress that is quite comfortable. And they’re relatively cheap.
