The most worthwhile things are those which involve effort, so I'd say my yearly completion of https://treesforlife.org.uk/volunteer/conservation-weeks/accommodation/athnamulloch-cottage/ is the most fulfilling part of my life.
It's not much fun to do the work but the camaraderie and the scenery make up for the hardship, and the hardship is necessary; the feeling of having done it is much better than the doing it.
Around the house everyone pitches in doing such work as they can, the leaders are leaders and servants, not dictators, and never need to tell people what to do as anyone who sees a job that needs doing will just do it if they can.
I suppose all of life can't be like that (we all chose to be there, and 99% of folk wouldn't) but I hope I've permanently learnt from Athnamulloch in the rest of my life.
Here we are walking home from the hill.

Australia is first country to think about introducing a age limit for teens to access social media due to child mental health what they see online or experiencing online should that be law for all countries in your opinion ?

I support it because children should have the chance to be children without corporate advertising, self-harm, cyber bullying, anorexia, porn and pervy old men ‘chatting’ to them.
At the age of around 11, children are old enough to walk/cycle to school with their friends or alone, so they could be given a basic phone (not ‘smart’) with which to call or text parents in an emergency. Of apps and ‘social’ media, they have no need until they’re at least 16, by which time I’d hope they would be grown up enough not to overuse them.
Trouble is, parents are also glued to their phones so trying to limit their children’s screen time won’t always be taken seriously!!

Have you ever soiled yourself excluding when you were a baby.

When I had hypothyroidism, I wouldn’t go to the toilet for days and then it would come out uncontrollably, once in a wood where there was mercifully no one there, so it just went beneath leaves.
This was a time when I was very ill and wouldn’t happen now, though.

As Halloween soon be upon us Do you pick up your pumpkins fresh from pumpkin patch where they grow them or from a supermarket ?

I buy them from the farm and make sure to eat them, especially in pumpkin soup (I also like pumpkin seed bread but don’t bake that myself).
Buying them for Halloween (which I don’t observe) and not eating them is a waste, imo!
