Yes you can, you have a phone use it. If not and you feel you should do something about this kook, then get chloroform and a rag use it on him then take him to the nearest police station, and say that he's a hobo that was stealing food yesterday.

Why can't you go to the cops? You should have someone who's got your back, or tell your HR person or management that you have been threatened by a terminated employee that kinda makes them responsible for what could happen.
