Plan and schedule I have to much anxiety to be spontaneous

a little bit of both. i require a schedule during the day to keep myself occupied and stable, but at the same time, i’m hesitant to make long term plans because i simply don’t know how i’ll feel when that time comes. in that respect, i’m more spontaneous and would rather do things at that very moment.
