If your cough isn't going away on it's own. You should see a doctor. It may just be asthma, or another form of respiratory problems or infection. A normal cold cough goes away after so many days. Some medications can also be a problem. It's just best to go to the doctor. Let them see why you have a persistent cough.

Because you actually gain weight when you eat once a day. Most people eat once a day, and eat a huge meal. Eating balanced meals through out the day, and regular exercise helps you lose weight.
