I have a friend who makes fake accounts of celebrities. Some people on this site called PeerAnswer have told her that she’s a schizophrenic. Is making these fake accounts a sign of schizophrenia? Or are they just bullshitting me?

I'd say no but to a professional they would most likely say yes schizophrenia is just a smart person's way of saying they can't separate a skit or acting from reality or real-life thats my "opinion" tho
It's not schizophrenic. But it is a sign of being mentally unhealthy.
you should look up the symptoms before telling that to someone tbh, that can be pretty hurtful. i suggest not telling someone that they have a mental illness like that. but that sounds like multiple personality disorder to me.
