How to tighten back a friendship that has been broken for too long?

Sincerity and efforts.
Talk it out, reach out to that person and try to tell them about what you feel and your intention of being friends again, if apologies must be done, or mistakes repaired, do it.
In the end it's up to the other party to decide if they want to reconnect. An not matter what happens at least you would have tried.

Do you think you get more mature by getting older?

I believe people gets mature by facing difficulties or when they get past some events that make them experience different things and perspectives, so someone who has experienced many events can become mature.
Since a year may be full of events , we can say that people get more mature by getting older, it's just that some mature faster than others due to their eventful days.

Omg woman, you're drawings are amazing. Everyone has their own style, the fact that you can draw them (BTS) in your own drawing style is a testament to your skill. I used to draw once upon a time to but I stopped because I started comparing my drawings to other's. PS: I too read "Winter"! :D

Never compare your drawings with others, after all you don't have the same hands and brains ._. If you really enjoyed drawing then it's never too late to take your pencil and try again !

Are people born good, bad, or a blank page? in light of your answer, how do you explain that even in their earliest childhood, many kids will mock and/or bully classmates with differences (difficulties, disabilities,..)? Did we make them into that or is it human nature at that age?

I believe people are blank pages, it's up to us to be who we want to be, even if the environment and other people's influences may have something to do with the way we live , it's ups to us to write our story. About why some children bully people who are different , the answer is very simple : because they are kids, and kids need to be taught what's good and bad, just like how they need to be taught how to walk. If a child see his parent or someone he look up too mistreating or making a difference when it comes to someone with difficulties or disabilities, they will follow that example. That's why one should be careful around kids and tell them when they are doing something wrong.
I believe human nature is mostly good, however each person has they own demons to fight with, some win and some lose, it's a constant battle.

Does jealously have value in driving humans to improve themselves or is it a purely negative emotion?

I can't speak personally about it because of my vague experience, I almost never experienced this feeling.
Speaking from what I've seen, some people let jealousy take over and ends up doing/saying things they don't mean out of fear of being replaced or forgotten, so at some point they are forced to face a part of themselves they don't really like, it's what comes after this that make a difference, they can either continue to see themselves badly and behave like an immature and insecure child, or they can be honest with themselves and try to do their best to prove their worth.
It really depends, each individual, has a way of expressing himself, but in the end, jealousy or any emotions, can either grow you, make you strong, or completely destroy you if you surrender to it, what you do with your emotions an thoughts is up to you , and only you to decide if you want to improve or not.

What kind of people usually get on your nerves?

The arrogant/ perverted/ immature/ hypocrite/ manipulative/ people who judge and laugh at others to forget their own defects/ the critiques.
I usually just ignore them, tbh some of my friends have one or two of these traits ; but I deal with it because I'm very patient and I love them ^^ I also have to deal with my attitude so.

Hmm.. how odd? ;3 Guess now's the good time to ask.. What are your favorite books/movies? Also on deviantart most of your precious are pencil drawn. You don't use other types of colors like tempera,water/oil colors..?

Books, I have a lot of favorites it would be too long to list them, so I'll just tell you my favorite authors : Fred Vargas , Agatha Christie, Maurice Leblanc , Oscar Wilde and Herman Hesse... Movies, I mostly like animations , Bruce lee, and Charlie Chaplin's movies.
Oh I see you check my DA :3 you remind me that I should upload it more often. Yes I mostly draw with (color)pencil or ballpoint pen, I use water colors sometimes because it is hella expensive especially the paper, and me being a student you can guess that I'm broke as hell >.>" So I do what I can with what I have !

Would you join a game development team if you had the chance to? or. do you prefer working independetly as an artist?

A game development team seems interesting.
Tbh I started a similar project with one of my friend , we created two characters already (here is on of them) . However, both of us are busy so we are keeping it on hold.
I don't mind working with a team, it would be an honor , if I can get along with the members and if the game's idea inspires me, I will give it a shot.
Would you join a game development team if you had the chance to or do you prefer
